Expert Consultant and Executive Coach
In addition to her leadership role at The Career Consultants, Dr. Ginsberg brings her expertise to Tampa General Hospital where she serves as a Learning Institute Consultant, the American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL), where she serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) consultant, and she supports TEDx entrepreneurs through focused coaching and leadership development. Her depth of experience in the healthcare sector has allowed her to create tailored solutions that drive growth, sustainable change and holistic well-being for physicians and healthcare professionals.
Prior to founding her consulting firm, our president was an Expert Advisor for Professional Development at AAPL. In this role, she was instrumental in providing executive, wellness, and career coaching for physicians, leading efforts to develop new initiatives like physician wellness, women in medicine, and diversity and inclusion programs. Her commitment to these initiatives has shaped the leadership culture within many healthcare organizations.
Dr. Ginsberg’s impressive portfolio of clients includes renowned healthcare institutions such as MD Anderson Cancer Center, CIGNA, Advent Health, Moffit Cancer Center, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Texas Health Resources, among others. Her extensive experience includes working with these organizations to design and implement longitudinal leadership programs aimed at developing the next generation of healthcare leaders. During her time at AAPL, she also led the career and professional development division, managing a team of resume writers, executive coaches, and support professionals dedicated to empowering healthcare executives.
Our president holds a Doctorate of Education (EdD) in Program Development-Educational Innovation from the University of South Florida, where her dissertation focused on the critical issue of physician burnout. Her deep understanding of this challenge allows her to offer targeted support to healthcare leaders. She also earned a Master’s degree in Career and Technical Education, specializing in Adult Education, and holds a graduate certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from the University of South Florida.
